    Internet pro from Business Edge is a flagship product evolution of Business Edge Internetbundles. Internet Pro introduces“User Packages”to provide value to users subscribing to Internet pro bundles. User packages include one communicate line, one Microsoft 365 business basic license that includes Microsoft teams, OneDrive, mailbox, office applications on the web. For the site it removesvirtual firewall to on premise firewall and we also have a new package at 1245 AED which is Two user package.

    IDA+ is a complete Internet solution for the customer that includes main and backup links with managed services and SLA
  • How many static IPs are provided per link?
    8 static IPs are provided by default on any IDA link.
  • What is the charge for upgrade?
    The charge for upgrade is AED 100 and is applicable to both main and backup links.
  • What is the charge for downgrade?
    The charge for downgrade is AED 1,000 and is applicable to both main and backup links.
  • Are the any charges applicable for additional IPs?
    Yes. The charges are based on the number of IPs required
  • What kind of SLA is currently offered on IDA?
    We offer Internet Availability SLA on IDA that guarantees the uptime of the Internet and it is offered in two flavors Basic with 99% and Pro with 99.95%.
  • What is the charge for external shifting?
    The charge for external shifting is AED 1,000 and is applicable to both main and backup links.
